When does my service contract start?
The 1st day of the month following the date our installation
contractor has demonstrated that your service is working. Is
there a minimum service contract period?
Yes. 12 Months. Will I need a new Email Address?
It depends. If you are using a webmail address (e.g. Hotmail) or
if your email address was given to you by your employer, the answer
is No: you can keep your existing address. If you are using a
client email address (one that was given to you by your Internet
Service Provider) the answer is Yes unless you can arrange with your
ISP for you to take it with you when you transfer to our service.
Most ISPs have ceased this practice. Please contact us for further
