What equipment will I need?

As a minimum, your PC will need to be network enabled (most are these days).

We will supply and fit the wireless transceiver (normally in your roof space) together with a small external antenna and run a cable from the transceiver to your PC.

Alternatively, you can go for an internal wireless configuration which avoids any cable runs (other than in the roof space) thereby preserving your room decoration.

This work is carried out as part of the installation service charge.

Can I install this myself?

No, you will need the services of one of our installation contractors.

He will ensure that your service is working properly as part of the installation process,

Can I purchase my own equipment?

We will rent you all the equipment you will need. This cost is met by your monthly subscription fee.

This fee covers you for equipment repair or replacement in the event of breakdown.
